All products are handmade in small batches in the Scottish Borders. As each item is individually crafted, slight variations in appearance, colour and weight may occur — this is part of the handmade nature of our products and is not a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible but colours may vary depending on your screen.
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is taken securely at the point of purchase via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, who are PCI DSS compliant.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To cancel, contact us at contact@craftymousegifts.com within 14 days of receipt. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We will issue a full refund (including original delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
